Serious problems but hopefully improving

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003
I lived there for 18 months and just moved out. It had the absolute worst maintenance of any place that I ever lived. It took over 4 months to get the stove worked on. For many items they never fixed them. Everything from carpet problems to screws backing out of the wall. The quality of the workmanship was also the poorest that I had ever seen.
The maintenance supervisor was totally unethical. I caught him lying to the manager about repairs and he had numerous complaints about him to the management.
They also stopped the residents from using the basketball court because of supposed drug deals from people who did not live there. They even cut the hours for the pool at certain times for this reason.
It also had probally the most changeover of office staff. During my eighteen months we went through 5 changes as far as who was in charge. The assistant manager was in charge in first. Then they brought back the manager who had previously quit, before she got fired. Then they promoted the assistant till she got fired. Then the new asssistant took over till they hired a new head manager. This one seemed to have a good attitude but it was too late for us. Hopefully she will get the problems resolved as she has replaced almopst all the staff.
