THE TIMBERS IS AH MESS. THE TRASH IS RIDICULOUS, ON THE GROUND AND THE COMPACTOR. THE BUILDINGS ARE FALLING APART.FLOORS IN APARTMENTS ARE PEELING UP!! ALL BUILDINGS NEED TO BE PAINTED. THEY SHOULD JUST TEAR THIS PLACE DOWN.MAINTENANCE DOESN'T CARE. AS LONG AS THE RENT LADY HOUSE IS UP TO DATE SHE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE OTHERS. THE RENT LADY RUDE IN GET ON MY NERVES. THEY GOT TO MANY RULES AND COME OFF RACES. I DONT LIKE THIS PLACE AND CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE

everything said above is true 100%.rot, mold,and mildew is a big problem.patios are falling from buiding.the a/c and heat is out all the time.the people in the office are rude beyond.jennifer needs to take a course in customer service.when i first moved in the maintenance was great but now it is horrible.brenda we sure miss you and know for sure the reasons for your dismissal was all lies. we could tell when we first met you.i hope you are truly successful in your quest to correct it also.just to let you know we are out as soon as the lease is up.not only will we not continue to deal with this run down property,but with the people who run it!!

Each building is individually owned...you are going to have good owners and bad owners.....the older brown buildings look like they are getting the bad effects of ageing but the newer blue buildings seem to be nice. The one we live in is owned by someone who repaired everything, changed the carpet to lamanent flooring, and painted the walls before we moved in so I am very happy with the place I live in, in the timbers. As far as maintenance in the neighborhood goes, it could be better. The pool areas look like no one ever comes out to fix things or tend to the pool. I have a friend who has cut his foot multiple times on broken glass in the pool area.
