Great place (free internet sucks tho!)

I have lived here for over four years, I will be moving out this fall, but only because my personal situation has changed. The complex is nice and well maintained. staff is friendly, courteous, and professional, but I miss old manager (she was cute too!) I have never had a maintenance issue that was not resolved in a reasonable time frame. (usually within a few hours of calling about it). There is seldom any noise or disturbance, and most of the folks around me are pretty decent folks. I have only two small issues to address. First, the "pool is open" season needs to be a little longer. they open it a month later than they should, and close it a month sooner than they should. The three months that it is open, it is very clean and well maintained. The second issue is the "free high speed internet". The first year I was here, the internet was down more than it was up. They replaced some hardware, hired a new service to maintain it, and it was great... for a year. I do not know what they changed to bring it to it's current state, but for a few hours in the middle of the night, it's still pretty good. Outside of those hours, when normal sleepers need or want to use the internet, it sucks terribly. I've seen (and used) smoke signals to move messages faster... The one thing that has remained consistent about my internet??? If a drop of water comes from the sky, my internet goes down until someone comes over and resets the box (router) on my building.
