I've lived at Timbercreek for about 15 months now and have been very happy with the experience. The staff are always friendly, maintenance is pretty fast (even for non emergencies!), and the area is a safe one close to everything. The internet can be slow at times, but other than that everything else is well maintained and works well. I've never had issues finding parking on my side of the complex and the lighting situation is good - I have no worries walking my dogs at night in the complex or surrounding neighborhood.

I was especially grateful for their good pet policy, plus they provide cleanup bags and know my animals - they even say hi to my girls when we're on a walk. As a pet owner it's great to not feel like a second class citizen because of my animal companions. They've also been good about enforcing the pet rules when it comes to irresponsible people - any issues I've had have been quickly resolved. :)

If it weren't for the lack of a yard, we'd likely be staying longer. I recommend Timbercreek to anyone looking for a nice apartment at a good rate.
