This complex isn't all that great. Yes you do have problems with bugs. From roaches to lady bugs. Yeah I thought that by moving into an upstairs apartment i wouldn't have to worry about the bugs, but boy was i wrong. No matter where you go and what you do, you are always going to have bugs with you.
The employees in the office are nice, but when you want something done, you usually would have to wait about a day or maybe a couple of days like I did. As far as wanting them to return a phone call. There isn't a chance of that happening.For some reason the manager will not return your phone call.
In a few of the apartments that i been in there was a problem with the heat.there was months that i didn't have heat. i called the office and told them that the heat wasn't working in my apartment and they sent someone to try and fix it but that didn't work.i was still getting cold air.i complain and complain but look like they did the same thing... Nothing.. as far as flooding, yes there are problems of that there. So when thinking about moving to wildewood think again.Especially College STUDENTS........If you don't want your stuff stolen or breaking into, seriously think about this. There was three break-ins in one week.
