When I first moved there, management appeared to be very nice.
After two months, things changed.
That's when I needed something done.
My power kept cutting off and the lights would sometimes go very dim.
It took them two months to even do anything about it.
The first two days they "attempted" to do anything, the maintenance man just ran a utility cord from my fridge and stove to the dining area.
What kind of mess was that with kids' The drug problem was horrible.
The druggies would actually smoke on my patio like I was not the one paying rent.
Complained about this too.
What happened.
Abosolutely nothing.
Even found a dead rat in the pool.
Now they did close down the pool for a week to clean it.
One apartment was even broken into.
One neighbor paid $75 while I paid 575.
You are better off living in the projects.
At least then you know what you are going to get.
