I lived here for over 2 years. There was a drastic change when new management took over. They refuse to fix anything, will lie and deny any problems. These apt. have been flooding for years because of the pipes which they wont fix but they deny thier is a mold problem. It is growing inside the walls on the wood framing so they would literally have to open up all the apt. or tear them down. even when they have leaks under the sinks which is also common they will paint over the mold. There was also mold growing under the linoleom and carpet! A friend of mine who lived there 7 yrs. had 4 floods. they would just dry out the carpet. eventually the mold got so bad it started growing up her furniture! I was constantly sick there. When you complain they actually will get worse and wont fix anything. you wouldnt beleive the pics i took before i left there! I had to get out there was too much drugs around and i feared for my safety. You may pay less in rent but it is not worth it.

I had the same issue with them. The mold and mildew, they denied it and I got very sick from it. I would love to talk with you.
