I lived in Churchhill commons for 10 months fairly peacefully until..... the neighbors from hell moved in!! These neighbors and others had the cops at thier apartment nightly! People are selling drugs in these apartments, I witnessed it with my own eyes. My laundry was stolen from the laundry room because the lock was broken the entire time I was there! I was told by former management that the lock was 300 dollars and they could not justify the expense. Really 200 apartments paying between 560 and 900 dollars a month and they can't afford 300!! They allow viscous breeds of dogs here as well. I will have to say the maintainance crew was always prompt and polite to me! I had no major repairs though. There own employees have domestic disturbance calls made to the police on them as well. This place is not worth the money for the danger you will be in!
