I feel like I'm living in hell. Churchill has gone through different management at least twice since I've been here. I moved in June 2008 and decided to break lease early and move out by the end of February. I have the neighbors from hell. The floors I guess are very thin. It sounds like there is a 800 pound beast living above me. We have gone to management a few times about them and they only wrote a letter of warning. The third one means evictions. They should have already been evicted. Instead of the management doing anything about this they encourage you to call the police. Which we did because they were peeing off the balcony and pouring beer onto our porch. When we moved in we had to fill out a sheet stating everything that was wrong. The only thing they have fixed was our sliding glass door and thats because we put in like 2 work orders. I mean it wouldn't even lock. How safe is that' Our bathroom sink and shower drains so slow. Our electric bill has been so high because they failed to fix any problems our AC had. Parking sucks unless you are handicapped. They only allow one car per apartment to park up front. Everyone else must park farther back. It's not very well lit..so if you don't get a front row parking spot i Suggest buying some mace. The mailboxes need to be updated. I've had mine and seen other peoples mailboxes open for no reason. I just wouldn't recommend this place. Maybe the new management can fix all these problems. As of right now. It blows.
