This is the absolute worst apartment complex that I have ever lived at. The office staff is not very accomadating and will file an eviction on you for no reason!! Within the first 6 months of living there, there were numerous changes in managers and staff. Why can't they keep anyone'' Problems include: squeaky sub floors, animal life in the attic (waiting on them to chew electrical wires and for the place to burn down), lack of maintanence, no gutters, overfilled trash dumps, electrical outlets that don't work. I would classify this as Section 8 living, the "Specials" that they run sure do bring in the worst! Very poor insolation, electricity bill is very high.
