Living at the Grove

Being in the military, the location and size of the apartment are ideal. Prior to moving in, I was not aware of the additional payment for H20/Sewer until the signing of the lease (sneaky). My monthly H20/Sewer bill runs about $24.00 for 2 adults. Electric for my 3 bdrm runs about $80-$100. The pool and workout room are quite enjoyable. There were no ceiling fans in the apartment and we were told,if you put them in, you cannot take them when you move out, they become part of the apt. Also, there were no lighting fixtures in the bedrooms. Another complaint I have is that you must fill out a form authorizing deliveries from anyone and everyone you think will mail you things(ie: UPS, FEDEX, parents/family/friends). Parking is a hassle on the weekends because there are no designated/assigned spots, so first come, first serve. Other than that, it?s a pretty nice place to live.
