Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
conditions at the Grove continue to decline. There is an abundance of trash throughtout the complex. Pets are allowed to relieve themselves anywhere they want
(sidewalks, entrance ways, adjacent to porches) Noise is out of control, even at 3:00 am. Management has made some attempt is landscape the property, but this is rapidly destroyed by out of control chrildren.
