I lived at The Grove for 7 months and loved my apartment. Some of the previous remarks could be true, but I never experienced anything like that. My apartment was on the third floor (top) and facing the woods. Archdale floor plan was great! Garden tub, biggest porch available, arge walk-in closets, and the list goes on and on. I believe you get treated how you treat others. As for the noise/kids/pets...location location location. Go to the back, go to the top floor, face the woods...and it's like a private tree top retreat!
Wonderful! I would highly reccommend it whether you have children, or if it's just you and maybe a significant other, the privacy is unbelievable.
