I recently moved from The Grove. I don't mind kids, infact, I've got kids of my own. The kids at the community are skateboarding off of the cars, off of boats. The community itself is a day care center. The interior of the apartments are nice, but the exterior is aweful. Trash is always on the playground, the sidewalks are discusting.

There was even a situation with Mold in the apartment, and nothing was done. Overall, six months was too long!!
