Kids are out of control! They are allowed to skateboard up and down the breezeways, park thier bikes in the middle of the pool area, they are loud and disrespectful. I lived here for 6 months and couldn't wait to get out. People had thier dogs in the pool, which had the holes in the pool mended with duct tape. We had bugs, and the noise until all hours of the night was unreal. Residents with dirt bikes running through the parking lot and pool area. The office staff and security officer would do nothing. I moved in here in late June. I've seen the kid that has a dirt bike. he revs the engine on his bike once, and takes off out of the parking lot and onto the public roads outside the complex. The noise lasts all of 30 seconds. I also haven't seen any of these disrespectful kids myself. That's not to say they don't exist, but maybe the problem is in a certain building and not the complex as a whole.
