Satisfied until Recently

I have lived at The Grove going on two years now. I have absolutely loved the place until the staff changed recently.
We used to have regular pest control and if there was a problem (mine has been the air conditioner several times and most recently, leaks in the ceiling) they usually tended to it asap.
I had an issue recently that I mentioned to the staff not once, not twice but four times before I could get a resolution. They are extremely unprofessional. This was not the case with the former staff.
I also reported a safety issue that remained unresolved for two days while there was an opportunity for individuals who walked in that area to be injured.
The dog pots frequently have no bags in them and this contributes to the issue so many others are complaining about. People don't clean after their dogs sometimes because there are no bags there. I buy some of my own just to ensure I have them.
Some tenants are complaining now too because we understand that the apartments are renting for much lower amounts now. We also have a big brawl in the parking lot complete with taser guns etc...this past week. It has never been like this before.
I had planned to stay much longer, but have started considering changes in my living arrangements now.
I do plan to address the realty agency soon along with some other tenants.

We left because of fights in the parking lot and drunk parties at the pool until the early hours of the morning last year, doesn't look like anything has changed. But, if we did have repair issues they were taken care of quickly.

I lived here since July 2008 and I didn't see any drunk parties at the pool (I live in an apartment facing the pool) nor did I hear of a brawl in the parking lot. However, I got a letter from the office stating that someone's apartment was robbed and the thieves took a flat-screen TV. From the wording of the letter, it looks like it was an inside-job (not the office. I mean it seemed it was an acquaintance of the victim).
I am a tenant that came in under a lease for the "lower price." It was an incentive deal because they had empty apartments. When my lease comes up, I go back to the higher (the poster's) rate.

We lived there from 1-2007 till 7-2007, we have witnessed the drunken fights in the parking lot and out of control parties at the pool till all hours. Complaining did no good. The majority of the kids were idiots but they were only reflecting their parents,
at the time we lived there the security officer was part of the crowd that hung out and drank all the time. We complained to him and he told us to put up with it or move, so we contacted the complex owners with video proof and we were let out of our lease with no fees.
It seems to me that people that pay their rent on time and cause no problems take a back seat to the problem tenants. If you like to party, drink and be an ass this is the place for you. If you want quite, respectful neighbors STAY AWAY!!
