The overall appearance, grounds, apartment, etc are very nice. The pool is very nice, although they don't keep it skimmed of pine needles etc as well as I would like. There are too many pets if you are not a pet owner (too much dog messes, barking etc.) It is is kid friendly, but probably too many if you don't have a high "kid tolerance."
The main problem has been the office staff. Three difference people will tell you three different things. Rarely do you get a straight answer the first time about anything. They are nice, but terribly disorganized. You basically have to learn who to talk to about what in order to get correct information.
