I was surprised by how quiet the apartments are. Not many of my neighbors have kids (the 1-bedroom buildings) and I only hear them once in a while. Maintenance staff is really on top of things. Office staff has good and bad days. Grounds could use a new layer of pine straw, but shrubs and trees are trimmed and litter is picked up. The trees, skylight, roomy porch and ample storage are huge bonuses, and more than make up for little inconveniences. I'd love to nenew my lease but I need to move closer to work.
