worst apartment i've ever had. Neighbors are loud. The walls are too thin. The ventilation is terrible so we smell every cigarette our neighbors smoke. Trash all over the ground. rain gathers in puddles and mud everywhere. People roaming around at night yelling and bouncing basketballs.
