These apartments were lovely when we first moved in but have declined dramatically. Our neighbors and ourselves have had vehicles and other items stolen and vandalized, there are abandoned cars in the lot for over a yr and abandoned furniture by the dumpsters for months. The pool is a mess with broken furniture and drunken tenants. The staff will not answer phone messages, no repairs we requested when we moved in were ever done (but hey, who needs shelves in the kitchen and so what if we didnt have hot water for 4 days)--the staff couldnt care less and treat the tenants with indifference.
