For every kid that gets hauled away to juvenile two troubled teens move in. NBT-Nothing but trash living here (decent folks hide in their apartments waiting for their lease to run out). A laundry room full of dirty and broken equipment. And a playground that is old and full of black widow spiders. Don't move here-you will promptly move back out (and forfeit your deposit). I've personally seen it happen dozens of times!!!
