Miss Betty is one of the most decent ladies I've ever met, and as far as I'm concerned, she has SAVED this place. I have lived here for 3 years (as of March) and this place was quickly going downhill with lots of problems. We were not going to sign a new lease when it came time to do so, but she asked us to give her a chance to turn the place around and BOY, has she turned it around!! The only reason why we are looking for a new apartment is because we're moving for my husban'ds job. We'd stay again and sign a new lease if we could.

Miss Betty has put in lots of plants and shrubs. She kicked out the trashy people and has a cop livng here now who is always riding around. The smart butt, trouble making kids that were here were kicked out too. Miss Betty is even putting up a big playground for the kids. Miss Betty has worked here all by herself and made it a great place to live now. I have even let my son play outside with his friends, which I never would have allowed before when Susan and that other lady were runnig this place.

It's a shame that someone with an axe to grind, who hasn't paid rent, or who caused problems would say these things about her. The worst (and dumbest) thing said though is that the office makes racial slurs. It's funny and stupid that they said that because she's of a mixed race herself. Why would she make racial slurs considering that SHE'S not comletely white! That's just dumb! (and wrong of you to say). If you would pay your rent and do what you're suppose to then Miss Betty wouldn't suck!! Miss Betty IS firm, but that's because she has to be firm because of people like this!!Miss Betty is an awesome lady!!! I'm gonna miss her when we leave.
