Betty was really nice about letting my husband stay their past his lease. His job didn't end when it was suppose to and Betty let him pay by the week until he had to leave. She will work with you if you let her know what is going on. The place looked really nice. Yes there are a few things that need fixed such as the roofs and to make it so you don't hear your neighbors so much and needs new playground equipment. My kids and I stayed down for awhile. The swimming pool was great. You could walk around the place and feel save. The people were nice. Over all I would recommend this a very highly place to live.
