My husband, 15-yr old son, & I moved in Oct 2006. We've enjoyed living there. We've had no problems with pests, as I know other tenants have. There is some noise from apartment to apartment...If your in a downstairs apt, you hear the upstairs neighbor walking around occassionally...and you may hear your neighbor to the right or left through the walls (if they're deaf or continuously play audio louder than necessary). But that's life in an apartment building...right' For the most part, the home offers a pretty spacious floor plan, safe neighborhood feel, friendly staff with a willingness to ascertain any problems, convenient parking, and convenient to grocerie stores, pharmacies, & much more of Summerville.
