I have lived here for almost 2 years, and it's been great! It's very quiet and I haven't had any problems with any of my neighbors at all. The wooded setting is lovely and the landscapers are out here every week keeping the grounds looking nice. The ladies in the office (Ms.Betty & Sharon) have been wonderful....they're friendly and they seem genuinely concerned about the residents! The maintenance staff (John & Derrick) get things done right away, and they also are very friendly. Even the Pest Control guys are nice...they're here every month, and I haven't had any bug problems! There is plenty of lighting throughout the property and it feels safe. When my lease expires, I defanently plan on renewing it.
