It's great if you can deal with the white-trash trailer park attitude. Where shall I begin' 6 people crammed in a 2 bedroom apt. Peeling paint, mildrew. -------- in the parking lot talking very loudly to their people in the homeland at late hours into the night. Drunk people smashing beer bottles at wee hours of the night. But hey, if that's the lifestyle you're accustomed to.....it'll be great for you!

Let me ask you this... did you report the problems or call the police? Have you even thought of a neighborhood watch? What steps have you taking to keep your community safe? If you said nothing.. you"re part of the problem and that goes for every one who rates and complains on these silly sights. Martins creek has many long time residents who help look out for the property and thats what being a neighbor is all about. you cant expect the office to handle everything after the fact with no proof anything ever happened. that could cause a lot of issues with their familial rights and resident rights. You Are expected to do your part in a community whether it is an apartment community or a housing community.
