I lived here with my 2 children for over a year. It was great for them. We lived close to the playground, so they always had lots of other kids to play with, and they were able to ride their bikes without fear of reckless drivers. We made friends with neighbors, and we made sure all of our kids were safe. It is a quiet neighborhood with a live in officer. Rent was a bit high($910 water/trash/pet rent= $960), but there are lots of incentives for new tennants now.
