Pretty good - but still same problems as any apartments

The apartments are pretty. They are fairly quiet and the neighborhood is pretty. Make sure you live on the top floor. The top ones are very quiet, and you can not hear much from outside. Seems like the riff-raff already found this "oasis" between N. Charleston and Summerville Do not leave anything unattended outside. Management is fairly snotty and not very helpful. They do little things like put chocolates on your doorknob, but then treat you rudely when you have a problem. The weight room is nice - golf is nice - plenty of parking. One last thing THE TRAFFIC IS TERRIBLE ON DORCHESTER AND IT WILL GET AT LEAST 4 TIMES WORSE AFTER ALL OF THE PLANNED HOMES ARE CONSTRUCTED!!! DO NOT MOVE TO THIS AREA OF TOWN!!!
