Not perfect, but close...

we don't understand all those bad reviews. We are living here since october 2004 and we are very pleased with the situation here.
About the management we cannot complain, the maintenance is responding very fast, we got no trouble finding a parking space and the construction is not too bad.
We have to admit, that sometimes the dumbster is overfilled and the area is not cleaned up everytime, but on the other hand we as the community should take care a little bit better about our surrounding area. If everybody would show a little bit more responsibility and maturity and take care about his own dirt and waste instead of shifting the blame to the management, there would be no reason for complaint.
