The trash compact serves a place for the whole entire community, which is why it overflows. However, it is much better than having dumpsters all over the complex. I would much rather have one! And it is on the way out of the complex so it is not even that big of a deal!

I have noticed the managers are very business like and not too interested in you as a resident. There is only one nice manager, Stacy. She is very helpful so I would recommend talking to her only.

Also, it is a dog friendly enviroment, and the complex has put an 800 dollar pet clean up stands along the property which some of the residents REFUSE to use(though they are paying for) Not very respectful to others that do clean up and who use the walking trails. It is an exercise place for some and a place to let your dog dump all over it for others.

Other than those things it is Ok to be here. Like anywhere else, there is going to be traffic. But for the most part Wescott Plantation in a whole is a nice community.
