The management is unskilled, rude, and unprofessional in their work.

They are letting just anyone move in bringing in all kinds of trash. I see where they let a family of 5 move into a 2 bedroom.and the law is 2 people per bedroom.

The maintenace I hear from the sorce lives here for free. He is worthless...does very sloppy work.

The walls are THIN and you can hear everything.

Parking has become a nightmare, no where to park forcing people to park in the grass!!

Wescott Plantation is over-rated. They have one sidewalk for the whole community and you have to cross the street (which is becoming very busy do to all the new homes) and they dug the ditch deep to keep the road from flooding and you have this nasty stale ditch with snakes and misquitos. It also smells like sewer a lot of the time.

There are better places to live than this. Don't waste your money or time.
