The office staff (with the exception of the newest member, Stacy) are rude and not the least bit friendly. I have lived here over a year, always paid my rent on time, but am still treated with the same indifference and rudeness as everyone else. They have allowed restricted breeds of dogs (their list, not mine) into the complex. These huge animals leave feces the size of cow patties all over the grounds. Supervision of the pool is a joke, hours are from 10:00 to 10:00, had to run a group of a dozen teenage boys (some of them nude) off after 11:00 on a weeknight this last week. I have given up on calling maintenance because the repair work, while usually done in a timely manner, is slipshod at best. I have not encountered any security problems and enjoy the Westcott neighborhood as a whole, but the greatest problems with this complex are the two senior office staff members' attitudes, the shoddy construction of the buildings themselves, and the lackof supervision over common areas (such as the trash compactor which is, on a daily basis, DISGUSTING). I'm out of here just as soon as my lease is up!
