This is the worst complex that I have ever lived in. Here is a number of problems that I have:

1. First off when I moved in my aparment almost caught on fire because they wired the circuitry wrong in the circiut breaker box.

2. I live in a one bedroom apartment with only one toilet and had to wait three days for them to come and fix it. To make matters worst there are no bathroom facilities available in the common areas.

3. Also they have stopped accepting packages at the front office making it impossible for those of us who work during the day to recieve important packages from companies such as UPS who won't leave packages at the door.

4. They don't notify you of policy changes in regards to rent payment until you have violated the new policy. Therefore, possibly causing you to not be able to pay rent on time.

5. Finally, there is not enough parking availiable for some of the buildings.

The only good thing is that it is very quiet. The only reason that I am still living at this place is that my job demands do not afford me the time to move to another facility.
