The office staff (4 people) make living here unpleasant. They have foul attitudes, and their new management is an investment company = they don't care about the anti-customer service.

The apartments are fairly nice, but are loud if you live downstairs. Lighting at night is poor, and maintenance can't even seem to run the trash compactor on a regular basis.

Management's response: "Hey, we don't even have to have a compactor on the dumpster."

Are they kidding' Who is stupid enough to say that outright to a customer (or tenant as they say)' They are.

The rush hour traffic on Dorchester is rediculous anyway. If you are looking for Luxury apartments in Summerville, look for something away from the Dorchester corridor.
