This is arguably the worst property manager i have ever had the displeasure of having dealt with. The rest od the staff i have not had any problem with whatsoever. She was openly hostile when confronted with maintenance issue as well as making promises to have the problem fixed on a specific date that were not kept regarding repairs. Whoever did the work had to come back out and do it again as well as performing a slipshod job and having evidently no care as to my personal property when painting.
I couldnt even tell anything had been done the first time around. I will be writting the better buisness bureau as well attemtpting to contact the owners of the property, IF they even care. I will most likely not be renewing my lease here as the property manager seems to not want my buisness enough to treat me with any courtesy, let alone professionalism.
Other than this one incident i like the place and wouldnt mind staying here, but as much as it costs to live here the service and treatment i recieved dont warrent my staying once my lease is up.
