I don't know what everyone's problem is. I enjoy living here. The staff has been okay. There is new management so it takes time but she needs to watch Rachael, she's not very friendly greeting people. Shame a few good ones left who knew what customer service was. To the tenants, If everyone would learn to clean up after there self like grown adults and look after their kids and their dogs there wouldn't be any problems. This is the reason there is trash everywhere. You need to stop pushing the blame on the management. Also, there are doggy poop stations all over the complex that the management provides so START USING THEM!! I don't want to step in your dog's poop.

I do agree that it is too much dog poop around the neighborhood and people need to clean up after themselves, but i have to disagree with you about rachel she has been very sweet everytime i go in the office and has been helpful, so i think new management has been great and i have seen some improvements. we have to give people a chance before we vote them out.
