Wow I've been here almost 2 years and we've been through 3 different managements so I wonder what the problem is? (besides terrible paint on the walls, mold/rust in the water, horrible maintenance(james to be exact). I see people move in and move out, so I can only wonder is there something else going on here that I'm not aware of. By the way do they ever shut the pool down to clean it and put the chemicals in?

No I don't think they close the pool unless someone craps in it. They just tell everyone to get out for a minute while they put the chemicals in and than they can get back in.

This is James and it was'nt my fault that the property is going to ----! The owners refused to give me the approveal to fix anything. I don't appreciate being call the things I'm being called! I don't work there anymore so leave my name out of these reviews!!!! I have nothing to do with the property now and leave me alone!

Indeed it is beginning to look like a trailer park, and it's easy to see why! During my daily walks I see crowds of unsupervised children who have no respect for anyone or anything -- hence,the "rundown" look. They drop trash in breezeways and on the grounds, crash into the siding with skateboards and bicycles, spill sticky drinks and ice cream on the sidewalks, etc. More than once, I have even seen 2 particular boys urinating in the commons area between buildings 5 and 6. Management and maintenance can only do so much. Trashy people = trashy behavior = trashy-looking property.
