To my fellow neighbors who have written complaints about The Reserve . . . MOVE! I will say that the majority of the trash in the breezeway and the metal buckets/ash trays, comes from one certain family who has posted a complaint on this website. If "people" will stop letting their kids bring food, bowls, bottles of vault, and juice boxes outside, there would be no trash or very little of it. I think the management team here is great. People need to realize that our maintenance man/men are on call 24/7 and are not going to come to the pool to pick up one piece of trash just because you want them to!!!! If you see something laying around, PICK IT UP!!!! Treat the grounds here like it's your own yard . . . would you let your kids leave empty VAULT bottles laying around YOUR yard . . . NO!!!
To future residents of The Reserve, this truly is a wonderful place to live. The staff is friendly and MOST neighbors keep an eye on their kids to observe how they are behaving with others. At least a few of the comments/complaints are from residents who don't follow the rules, leave trash outside their own doors (thinking they are privileged and that the rules don't apply to them), and who let their kids leave trash outside for others to pick up. They are just miserable with their own lives and themselves, and want to blame everyone else.
No matter what apartment community you choose to live in, it's impossible to keep things perfect all the time.
THE RESERVE IS A WONDERFUL PLACE TO LIVE!!! Those of you who don't like it here, should move!

Just for the record, it was not trash at the pool that I wanted picked up! It was a turd aka poop or ----. Many children were there playing and had stepped in it! Many times I came outside with a garbage bag and picked up all the trash. I have moved and I am so glad I did. The property has been sold. As of Sept. 1st there will be new management again. Hopefully it will get better for you all.

If everyone would pick up after their own kids, it might not look like we live in a trailer park.
