I'm a current resident of The Reserve, and I think it's a wonderful place. Especially compared to other places I've lived that were supposedly in nice areas. The management is okay. The manager is a wonderful woman who's willing to work with you in the case of an emergency, and even offered my mom, who doesn't even live here, limonade and to wait in the clubhouse until we came home!!! It was scorching hot!!! However, I have had some maintenance problems while here. It seemed like it took FOREVER for them to fix a toilet and to check my lights. My smoke detector still hasn't been fixed. Then again, I haven't had the time to call them recently. However, overall it's a great place. I highly recommend it!!

you should really get the smoke detector fixed. building 6 almost went up in flames a few weeks back
