So far everything has been good have no current problems. With all of the updates really makes the place really nice. The overall area is really relaxing. With the amenities and the constant things that are done for the residents is really good.

I love my apartment and the community it is in (The Reserve). Generally it is quiet given an apartment setting. The only thing I am disappointed in is that the cost is severely increasing....beyond its value in my opinion.

Ever since new management I've noticed that your fixing up the area which is a positive. However I shouldn't have to pay for an air filter. I call the office nobody knows anything so i don't call anymore

I have been very satisfied with this complex. The apartment is very convenient to shopping,restaurants, grocers,medical facilities, access to interstate connectors, banks.churches, schools and parks and playgrounds. As an older lady resident I find it quiet and well cared for. I am happy living here.

Communication has lacked since new management. It has been quite a challenge to get in contact with the office directly. Email communication is convenient, however verbal communication is important as well.
