I'm a two-year resident. Love the location and the property, but it is being spoiled by an unfortunate few. During my daily walks I see crowds of noisy, rude UNSUPERVISED children who have no respect for anyone or anything -- hence, the "rundown" look. They drop trash in breezeways and on the grounds, crash into the siding, cars -- and other people -- with skateboards and bicycles, pour sticky drinks and ice cream on the sidewalks, etc. More than once, I have seen 2 particular boys urinating in the commons area between buildings 5 and 6. Management and maintenance can only do so much. Trashy people = trashy behavior = trashy-looking property. (Large dogs don't help either!) vWhRVi5nYYIuEh4W7K3l
