I have lived here now for year and half..Management(LTanya/Lisa} are really polite/pleasant people...The cleaniness is great..The grounds are very well maintained at all times..they just started charging water now...I guess it was time for this change I'm learning to adjust to that as well. but the main problem for me is the parking....I have one car and when you have done 8hrs of work you expect to come home and not be inconvience because there are some tenants that will not instruct there vistors to find a vistor parking space,but instead they park in a space that isn't theres....Wish they could expand the spaces but with the subdicvison in the back it is unlikely.That's my only problem with living here.Overall it is great and the school system is awesome.
