I lived here from September 2007 to September 2008. My choices were limited as I was in a rush to get out of my old apartment complex (Martin's Creek) as there was several issues with water pipes leaking there. The place doesn't look so great from the outside, but the inside is awesome. The staff Tanya and Lisa are very friendly and helpful and do whatever they can to help out the residents. I hardly had any noise issues, minus my neighbor's kids would be running up and down the breezeway occasionally, and there was at least one reserved parking space for your apartment, near the apartment itself. Any maintenance issues I had were resolved very quickly and done right the first time. The only complaint I have is that it was too far from work, which is the reason I moved. More apartments should strive to be like them.
