I don't understand why everyone complains about this place. I have lived here for almost a year and I have absolutely no complaints. The management has been very helpful during my transition from out of state. The maintenance staff is somewhat slow at responding but I understand that they are overwhelmed and my problems are not emergencies. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Yes, there are children on this property but it is not the management's responsibility to babysit children. And yes, there are numerous police patrols, but this makes me feel safe at night when I come home. My neighbors are friendly and my property has never been damaged. I have even tried to convince my mother in law to relocate to SC and get an apt. here.
