The big mistake...

I first chose Somerset apt thinking it was a safe place for my family. I do a lot of traveling for my job all the time. After going threw 4 managers, cops always being called all hours of the day and night, our home quickly reminded my of an over priced Jerry Springer trailer park.

Maintenance was a joke, it took forever to get anything fixed, and dont be fooled with the so-called Emergency Maintenance. And not to mention maintenance personnel involved with tenants wives while youre at work.

I personally love to look at pine trees, but saplings dont belong in the rain gutters.

DHEC paid a visit because of the stench of what smelled like a rotten corpse within our building that took over 6 weeks to resolve.

But if you like going off road, you will like the parking lot due to all the potholes, which finally got resolved with cheap cold patching by the way of a phone call to the main office in PA.

If you want your children to learn the ABCs of drugs, this is the place to reside. And if you like dents and scratches on your new cars... have fun.

Not to mention the mail system... he will send your important mail back, Social security checks, retirement checks, disability ones as well, all marked either moved or deceased.

I feel sorry for anyone whom is suckered into this place but dont take my word for it here is a link to a few pictures we took.
