Office staff (which turn over about every 3 mos) know nothing, fix nothing, do nothing.
The apt the show you has very little to do with the apartment you get. Our apartment has a leaky pipe in the wall the entire time we were there. This resulted in enough hot water for a 5 min shower and massive amounts of mold and mildew in the walls and heating/cooling system. The gutters actually have trees growing in them so the water cascades down in sheets over the entrance to the apt bldg. Also parking is very tight due to the many dead cars and multiple vehicles - semi trucks (no I'm no kidding) motorcycles and work vehicles so you will be parking at least two bldgs away from your actual apt. The pool was open for a total of 2 weeks the entire time we were there since the maintenance mgr quit and they never hired anyone to service the pool. The exercise room is filled with 3 treadmills, a stepper and 2 weight machines of which 1 piece actually works but it looks good in the picture I guess. Also the tennis courts are chained to keep the kids from throwing glass bottles etc in there. Many nights with major car noise - revving of engines, load music and people and teens loitering right under your windows - not safe - scared my 5 years old at least once a week. The apts on the first floor were the lucky recipients of all the water in the wall and had major flooding and soft walls, not to mention the mold. One person broke his lease a moved out due to having no heat from Thanksgiving thru January. And finally the PAYGROUND is a death trap and I NEVER allowed my daughter anywhere near it. They promised renovations were on-going but unless that means fixing the roofs that were caving in, I never saw it.

Avoid at all cost.
