I moved in here and had to fight to get the management to agree to the terms I was quoted when I was shown the property. Then they took an additional 5 days to prep the place after they had a week to do it. They supposedly had trouble with my credit report, but the problem was that they could not spell my name - geniuses. There are drug issues (upstairs neighbor deals) and domestic violence issues - cops were out the other night for a man kicking a woman in the parking lot. Never had a problem with parking, but the pipes in the walls constantly leak - my power bill is $111 a month for a 2 br apt - and there is only enough hot water for a 5 min shower. I cannot open my windows (they are painted shut), and they painted the bottom of my tub to cover the previous tenent's hair dyeing fiascos. All in all, avoid. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

I completely agree with this writer. My utility bills are very high in the summer because the buildings are so poorly insulated. Fortunately,
I live on the second floor and am able to compensate for the cost of AC
in hot months by nor having to run heat much in cold months. The heating is the worst and most expensive there is: heating coils.
