I have lived here for two months and have a 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath apartment. My apartment is a good size with a lot of storage space. No, it's not the "nicest" place and my counters are in pretty bad shape, but all of the basic maintenance requests I have put in have been dealt with in a timely manner. My building is fairly quiet and I haven't noticed drug deals in the parking lot as a recent review said (maybe I'm naive). A lot of kids live in the complex and you'll see them playing sometimes, so it can't be that bad of a place. The parking lot did have a lot of potholes, but they have all been filled and the parking lot is in the process of being paved. Overall, I've been very happy here and I feel safe. There are security alarms in the apartments and panic buttons in the bedrooms for extra security, but I've never really found a need to use mine, it's a comfort for a young single woman late at night, where I'd feel nervous anywhere at times. In my building are residents who have lived here for years with very few complaints and I can't complain about much at all either. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai

Excuse me? I may have changed my opinions some since I lived there and I did get some rude, white, college-aged neighbors right before I moved out, but my building was decent and my next door neighbor was one of the nicest, caring women I have ever met. She had lived there for years and really watched out for those in her building. So not all the people there are negative... but there are a lot of them. And if you're smart, you don't have to "carry a gun or have sex with the monkeys" to be safe there... just make wise choices.
