Somerset is a horrible place to live. The motto is "If it is broken, it's not going to get fixed". I have lived here for almost a year and have had pneumonia 3 times due to the mold on my ceilings. I have 2 leaks in my bathroom ceiling that started a month ago and they still are not fixed. The drug problems is bad. There are gangs of people walking around all hours of the night. I have recently bought a house so am trying to get out of one months lease. Even though I have paid my rent every month on time, they tell me it will cost 4 times the amount of my rent to break the lease for 1 month. The rent is reasonable, but it is not worth it with all the trouble you have getting things done. I would advise anyone looking at renting from Somerset not to do it. Since the rent is going up, you can rent a new apartment for this price.
