Just moved in. Signed a yrs. lease from out of state. Ask me if I wanted updated apartment for 50.00 more a month, said no just make sure its CLEAN.
Its was filhtey. Had to scrub and srub to get clean. Had to buy a big rug to put over living room carpet. Than I start hearing things crawl in the ceiling. OMG its rats. They sent a pest control man he set traps in my apartment. This morning it was bad. Chewing crawling!Went down and told them its either the rat or me. I did not agree to cohabitat with a rat. We will se. Its 3:00 and no one has shown up yet. I'm ready to move!
