At first they were very welcoming etc when we were signing the lease. We always paid our rent in full 2-3 days EARLY. After we gave our proper written notice within the time frame, etc required, they told us that we just needed to leave the keys after cleaning (we left it in much better condition than it was when we arrived!) Well, 4 months later we received a collections notice that we owed over $400.00!! No phone calls from them, nothing prior to this to let us know we owed anything, then WHAM-a collections notice! Don't move here!!!!!!!!!!
